Waynetown, Jan 25 - Mrs. Zora Hall Palmer, 57, former Waynetown resident died Thursday morning at a Janesville Wis. hospital. She had undergone a major operation recently and did not regain consciousness from a second operation performed Thursday.  

Mrs. Palmer was born four miles south of here, the daughter of William and Harriet Bruner Hall.  She was married to JB Palmer Dec 5, 1935 and moved to Milton Junction Wis where she was living at the time of her death.

She was a member of the Crawfordsville Christian Church for 20 years but changed her membership to the Milton Junction Congregational Church when she moved to that city.  

Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Barrett, St. Petersburg, Fla and Mrs. Frank Herron near Waynetown; a brother, Edward Hall and three nephews and nieces.

The body is expected to arrive at the Monon Station in Crawfordsville at 12:52 o'clock Sunday afternoon and will be taken directly to Mrs. Herron's home 5 miles south of here, where friends may call until the hour of the funeral.  The Rev. John Servies will officiate at the funeral at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Waynetown Christian Church.  Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery here. - kibz
